Kennedy Wilson conducted a grand opening auction of 35 luxury condominiums at The Dalton in Pasadena, California for $13,270,000.  Starting Bids ranged from $165,000 to $405,000 on homes previously priced from $349,000 to $799,000 for 1 bedroom lofts at 654 sq. ft and 2 bedroom soft lofts at 1,676 sq. ft.
