Kennedy Wilson conducted an inventory closeout auction featuring 32 luxury single-family homes at Forest Circle, selling all homes offered for a total of $11,564,000. Starting bids ranged were as low as $185,000 on homes previously priced at $522,500.

Homeowners chose from two livable floor plans brightened by expansive windows, dramatic nine-foot ceilings, and balconies. These homes consisted of 2-3 Bedrooms & 2-3.5 baths and ranged from 1,250 to 1,610 sq. ft. The Mediterranean inspired Forest Circle community is equipped with a beautiful neighborhood park, complete with a covered gazebo, barbecue grills, picnic tables and a childrens play structure.
