Kennedy Wilson Auction Group conducted an event auctioning off the complete inventory of two San Fernando Valley brand new developments for $8,135,000. These pristine communities consisted of 12 new homes ranging from 1,530 sq. ft. to 2,580 sq. ft. called "Independence Villas" in Chatsworth, California, and 14 new homes at 2,250 sq. ft. called "Hansen Villas" in Pacoima, California. Starting Bids were as low as $125,000 on homes previously priced from $330,000 to $399,000.
