Kennedy Wilson auctioned off a fully operational and in production, 85-acre vineyard in Agua Dulce, CA. This incredible property featured an 11,000 square-foot wine aging warehouse, bottling rooms and equipment; a 9,300 square-foot wine tasting gift shop; an owner/manager residence; two water wells, water system and permits; and all existing wine inventory!
