Light Sayles
Light Sayles manages the execution and completion of business and purchase contracts and provides oversight relating to transaction coordination and closings, marketing and administration. Ms. Sayles is responsible for the coordination, staffing and management of the auction day closing process.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Ms. Sayles gained experience in commercial real estate brokerage, sales, marketing and operations management with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Her previous experience also includes residential mortgage lending, multifamily property management and leasing as well as marketing for Hines Interests LP for the Dallas Galleria, a mixed-use retail and office development.
Ms. Sayles graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a degree in business administration and marketing.
