Michael Haines
Michael Haines specializes in working with escrow, lenders, the seller and the sales office to track and coordinate the closing of auction sales for new home developments and scattered real property auctions.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Haines was a transaction coordinator at Prosperity Homes, where he assisted in the closing of more than 200 real estate transactions. He has more than 10 years of real estate experience, including such diverse assignments as escrow assistant and onsite escrow coordinator for Fidelity Title, and marketing assistant for Trust One Mortgage.
Mr. Haines received his Bachelor’s of Administration at California State University Fullerton, where his area of concentration was finance.
